After receiving a personal notification of your Crossroads proposal’s acceptance, we invite you to register and make lodging arrangements for the meeting.
The Standard Registration of applies to most attendees, predominantly those employed by post-secondary educational institutions. If you are a K-12 educator or have limited support, contact us for information about discounted rate and a special invoice. For those university-supported participants who have the capacity to provide a deeper level of support, we offer an Institutional Partner registration option — contact us for an invoice. Such registrations will be formally acknowledged in the conference program, on our website, and during the conference itself. The Institutional Partner rate provides an extra cushion assist those who might not otherwise be able to attend Crossroads.
Your registration covers our meeting space, snacks, and meals that we’re integrating into the program, along with associated service charges. Our perennial goal is to cut it as close as possible so that we break even. If you have questions about our budget or any of these registration options, please let us know.
A few items are worth noting:
- Remember, all registrants must also be presenters with accepted papers, invited panelists, or facilitators we’ve recruited.
- Make other arrangements early, including your accommodations (see below). In 2025, we anticipate that most of you are joining us while en route to AERA.
